The uploader is solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and share the material, and for deciding who may access it. By uploading, the user confirms they are authorized to share it and accepts responsibility for any resulting claims or disputes. Other users should independently verify the listing and the uploader’s authority before relying on or acting on the information.
Documents viewed through the platform may be watermarked with platform or access information to identify their source and discourage unauthorized redistribution. A watermark is an identification measure only; it does not certify the authenticity, ownership, legal validity, or completeness of a document. By uploading a document, you confirm that you are authorized to share it and acknowledge that a watermark may be applied.
The TDR area required for your proposed development may differ from the TDR area available in a listed DRC. Users are advised to verify the required TDR area, applicability, and utilisation with their Architect/Planning Consultant and the concerned competent authority before proceeding with any transaction or documentation.
Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. A subscription provides access to platform features only and does not guarantee the availability, allocation, purchase, or transfer of any TDR.
